Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All Products sold via store.patrickputzker.com are digital downloads (presets, LUT packs, editing assets, and other digital files). Once a Product has been made available for download, the contract is deemed fulfilled and all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for digital downloads once the download has been provided.

Why

Digital downloads cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense — once delivered, they exist on the customer's device. Pricing reflects this. Please review product descriptions, previews, and any compatibility notes carefully before purchasing.

EU and EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Consumers based in the European Union and the European Economic Area normally have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of contract conclusion.

For digital content not delivered on a physical data carrier (such as our downloads), this right expires as soon as we begin to perform the contract — provided that the customer (i) expressly consents to immediate delivery and (ii) acknowledges that by giving this consent they lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you (i) expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and (ii) acknowledge that by giving this consent you lose your statutory right of withdrawal as soon as the download is made available to you. This is also noted on each product page before purchase.

If you do not wish to waive your right of withdrawal, please do not complete the purchase.

Faulty or Defective Products

If a Product is defective — for example, the file is corrupted, the download link does not work, or the Product does not match its description in a material way — please contact us within 14 days of purchase at store@patrickputzker.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will work to resolve the problem promptly, which may include providing a replacement file, additional technical support, or, where supplementary performance fails, a refund or partial refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.

Chargebacks

If you believe you have not received a Product you paid for, or that a Product is materially defective, please contact us first at store@patrickputzker.com before initiating a chargeback through your payment provider. We will resolve genuine issues without requiring a chargeback.
